My experience began with Premier on 10/31/2023! They provided a great team of installers. Chad, Daniel, Jacob and Marlon worked well together and kept me informed! My big job finished in three days, but we were in comfort all 3 days! The finish visit was topped off with the boss, Austin completing my warranty papers! We are very satisfied!

I would like to personally express my thanks to Mr. Avery who showed my business matter. He explained the equipment to be used and the removal and installation. I had many questions and he was very proficient in making me understand the process. I would like to thank Mr. Joshua in his courtesy and respect in covering his shoes prior to entering the home in spite of the condition and explanation of thermostat. Mr. Vincent was a plus in that he provided a service that was unrelated to the work that was done. We are enjoying the heat from new installed system. I would definitely choose Premier for future needs.

Jacob and Michael came out at 10am and did a complete install of our furnace and ac unit. They were knowledgeable, professional and very efficient.

Avery is an excellent technician and salesperson! My heat was not working and it was 32 degrees outside. He came an hour after I called. I was very satisfied that we set up an appointment for new installation and vent cleaning within 48 hours. I highly recommend this company! Very responsive and professional!

Update: Our heating unit was installed 2 days later! Michael arrived with his team EARLY! They completed the job within 6 hours and my heating unit is excellent. I also paid additional to have my vents cleaned. I highly recommend Premier!

I called because my furnace went out out at the worst possible time. I gave them a call and there was a technician at my house shortly thereafter!

Eric (The Technician) came right in, took a look at the issue and was able to explain to me what the issue was after running a couple diagnostic tests. Luckily it wasn't a serious fix and I was able to get my furnace repaired in no time.

My experience with Eric and Premier Heating & Air was certainly a good one and I would recommend them to anyone in need of any type of HVAC assistance!

I could not more enthusiastically, recommend any company than I do Premier Heating and Air. Jordan just did my semi annual maintenance and, as the rest of the crew I have met, he is great. The air conditioner/furnace was put in a little over a year ago and works great. The attitude and ready smiles come with the job. Whether it be at the house for regular maintenance or on the phone for a question - the wonderful friendly attitude is there.

Tech Brian Kennedy couldn't have been more professional or more helpful answering my questions. Actually from my initial phone call to the text reminders to the service call it was a good experience.

Update: Another tech (forgot his name dang it) came to install the burnt out part. More exceptional professional service. Top marks for Premier Heating & Air. Unfortunately for me my brand new system had not been installed by Premier since the other company did it wrong. I knew something wasn't working right since I had hot and cold spots. Just didn't know what would fix it. Salesman Avery came over to show (with a drawing) and tell me what was wrong and what needed to be done. Avery answered all my questions, even a couple after he'd left.

They'll do the work soon. Awesome customer service!!! Thank you.

Premier is a good name for the company. They did premier and outstanding work. The service tech was very knowledgeable of the system and represented the company with great customer service and knowledge of what he was doing. Bravo Zulu. This was the first time using this company and made a favorable impression to recommend them to other potential customers.

My experience with Avery was spot on. After having several companies to come out to give me estimates. He explained everything and said this is what it will cost. He did not come with family discounts, additional service contracts or any other hidden fees. Based on his straight forward approach. Premier Heating and Air just completed replacing my two units on the 13th of Dec. Also, kudos to the installers. So far so good!!!
