Messaging Services Terms and Conditions

By opting into messaging services from Premier Heating & Air, Inc. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), a Tennessee corporation, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before subscribing.

Governing Law and Venue

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from or related to these messaging services shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located within Tennessee.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued participation in messaging services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
