Mark and his team did a fantastic job on project! Installed a full new system for our basement and checked up and did maintenance on our existing system. They were total pros, cleaned up everyday, ask questions to make sure I was getting what I wanted, and found ways to make harder issues work. Very Happy with Kuhn! Thank you guys!

We had an issue with our heat not kicking on in our house. I contacted Kuhn Air Conditioning and explained my situation and within a very reasonable amount of time they sent out one of their service techs. With in a few minutes the problem was resolved and our house has heat again. Nathan did a great job! Great customer service and I was very pleased with the outcome! Signed up for 4 cleanings for $399 (2 cleanings per 2 units). They did the first 2 cleaning a few weeks ago. I plan to do the next cleanings in a year. The tech who did it, Tyler, did a great job. Couldn't ask for a nicer, more respectable person. Kuhn was bought out by new owners, and they seem to be carrying on with the same honest business practices.

Tired of crews not showing up? Misleading quotes? "Oh, but I have to charge you extra for ....." ?? These guys are incredible. Not only straight forward communication, but showed up on time, and ripped out previous installers nonsense, with NO upcharge, after their initial quote. (And this wasn't a simple job, included duct work, new thermostats, returns, etc.) Techs were courteous, clean, took their time, and wouldn't stop until I was satisfied. Nobody in the area need look anywhere else for honest, dependable, and straight-forward work.

Jr was amazing, he went into details on the status of my unit and the expectations of how long it the unit will last. He took his time on cleaning and servicing to make sure he completed everything correctly. I recommend everyone to Kahn’s and get the $199 membership, which includes two visits.

Service was completed on my furnace just in time for our first freezing temps of the season. Everything got cleaned and prepped, but I also appreciated that he brought a manometer to check that the correct gas pressure was dialed in. He found it over-pressurized by 2.5” of water column so it should save us on energy cost going forward.
