Hello, my name is Mark Kenney, and my journey in the HVAC industry commenced at the Tennessee Technology Center Trade School in Nashville, TN. Over the course of my 15-year career, I've honed my skills in managing and leading HVAC teams. My expertise extends to various facets of the field, including Duct Cleaning, Crawlspace Encapsulation, Plumbing, and Electrical work. Outside of work, my heart belongs to my wonderful family – I'm happily married and blessed to be the father of three beautiful children. When I'm not immersed in the world of HVAC, you'll find me cherishing moments with my loved ones, actively participating in my church community, and relishing the beauty of the outdoors.
JoAnna Stallcup
Office Manager
JoAnna Stallcup has been working in the HVAC industry for 8 years and is dedicated to supporting both the Premier team and its customers. Her organizational skills and friendly approach ensure smooth operations and positive experiences for everyone she interacts with. Outside of work, JoAnna enjoys crafting, baking, and spending quality time with her family—activities that reflect her creativity, care, and attention to detail.

Sammy Dickerson has been with Premier Heating & Air Nashville since day one, playing an important role in keeping the team organized and customers happy. Known for his dedication, attention to detail, and commitment to excellent service, Sammy ensures every interaction runs smoothly. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family and grandchildren, as well as exploring his interest in computers and technology. Tyler Harvey brings five years of HVAC experience to Premier Heating & Air, where he is well known for his excellent customer service and genuine dedication to customer well-being. He consistently goes above and beyond, ensuring every homeowner receives quality service and a comfortable, worry-free experience. At 31 years old, Tyler is a proud husband and father to a 10-year-old daughter and a 3-year-old son. His strong family values shape the care and respect he brings to every job. Outside of work, Tyler enjoys hunting, fishing, and spending time outdoors—activities that keep him grounded and energized for the work he loves.

Matthew Brown has been with Premier Heating & Air since day one, growing with the company and playing a vital role in its success. He began his career in installation and maintenance, building a strong foundation of hands-on HVAC experience before working his way up to Warehouse Manager. In his current role, Matthew is a crucial part of the Premier team—supporting field technicians every day by ensuring they have the equipment, materials, and organization needed to deliver exceptional service. His reliability, dedication, and behind-the-scenes leadership help keep operations running smoothly.

Hey, I'm Matt Stallcup, a 27-year-old lead installer with a decade of experience in the HVAC game. Over the years, I've honed my skills in various specialties like duct cleaning, maintenance, and service repairs. Outside of the HVAC realm, you'll find me getting my hands dirty working on vehicles, diving into the world of video games, and, most importantly, doing what my wife tells me with a smile. I'm truly grateful for my job and the incredible team I get to work with every day.
