We’ve been experiencing 95+ degree weather and AC went out in the middle of a Saturday night. We called Premier in Sunday and within 2 hours, Tech David Bowen came out. He is awesome! He was very professional, yet personable. He had to go into that very hot attic several times. He did it without complaining and got our unit back going. Thanks Premier for always providing great service!

Mr Kevin called me and was early. Very professional and courteous. He answered all my questions and cleaned out my system and added freon to my unit. Found Premier years back and have stuck to them ever since. They do a great job!

The team at Premier went over and above on helping my elderly parents when their air conditioning went down. They came out on a Saturday and serviced their existing older unit which was leaking coolant. With the service plan they came back 10 days later and had to recharge it again this time at no cost (highly recommend the service plan, you will never be without air). We made the decision to replace the unit and they expedited the installation to ensure our bedridden parents did not suffer in this summer heat. They came out on Saturday again and did a quick and thorough job. Great communication and professionalism from the technicians to the sales and management team. It's a blessing for the community when you have companies like this that go over and above in how they treat their customers and take care of their business.

Very professional family oriented company that knows to keep the customer’s best interests in mind. This past summer on the hottest day of the year, we were getting ready for our relatives from Indiana when our air went out. Joe McCullough was there within an hour me calling in, and he had our air back running by that evening. He performed service with a smile and was very professional. I recommend him to anyone.

We signed up to have the servicing 2 times a year. The guy who came out was very professional and cleaned our unit and had everything working correctly. I think his name was Ryan. I gave Premier Heating and Air in Dublin Ga 5 stars for coming out in such a timely fashion and doing such a great job. We definitely recommend this company.
