The technician that came out was very nice and explained everything thoroughly. Some parts needed to be ordered which was put through promptly and they were back in no-time to complete the repair for my unit. Pricing seemed fair and reasonable. Signed up for the annual service contract which seemed a little steep, but will helpfully be worth it!

I've had quite a few issues with my unit over the past month that Premier did great getting it right again. Well it started acting up again today and I contacted Jacob Rider who immediately made time in his already busy day to run by and check it out for me. He immediately identified the problem with the unit and worked on getting me a new part ordered. I can't thank him enough for always being so prompt and professional, hope all the Premier folks are as great as him.

This is the second time I've used Premier Heating & Air and I wouldn't think of calling anyone else. The technician, James, was very knowledgeable, experienced, and friendly (like talking to a good neighbor) and I feel confident in his diagnosis. Premier Heating & Air is a mid to large company with a small town customer service. I recommend them to all my friends.

Matt and Brandon cleaned my duct system. They also cleaned by dryer vent, experiencing some difficulty due to water having gotten into the system because of flooding. They did an absolutely amazing job of getting the wet, dirty lint out of it. They were relentless in ensuring they got after it, even though some water was still settled in there. I have a drainage system going in and in due time the water will dry out. My dryer is now drying clothes quickly again. These two technicians were very professional and based on how they get after it you know they care about the outcome of their work. Kudos to the both of them.
